Effects of GW0742 dose response on inflammatory parameters. A substantial increase in TNF-α, IL-1β formation and MPO activity was observed in gingivomucosal tissues at eight days following ligation, when compared with the gingivomucosal tissues from the contralateral side (Figures 6(a), 6(b), and 6(c), resp.). Administration of GW0742 at different doses (0,03 and 0,1 mg/kg) did not reduce TNF-α, IL-1β formation and MPO activity in gingivomucosal tissues at eight days following ligation (Figures 6(a), 6(b), and 6(c), resp.).
