Comparisons of chemokine localization in cultured primary human hepatocytes, donor 2. Cells were treated with TNFα 50 ng/mL, LPS 10 ng/mL, dexamethasone 1 µM, and RU486 5 µM for 24 hr; and then the cell lysates and media were used for ELISA assays of chemokines. Data from Figures 5 to 6 were used for comparisons of (a) cellular-association-to-secretion ratios relative to CXCL1 control. (b) Secretion-to-cellular-association ratios relative to respective chemokine control.
