Aims and scope

Minimally Invasive Surgery is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that provides a platform for clinicians working in the areas of minimally invasive surgery, endoscopy, treatment, and diagnosis. The journal publishes original research articles and review articles on endoscopy and other minimally invasive procedures, including general surgery, bariatric surgery, breast surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, colorectal surgery, cosmetic surgery, gastroenterology, gynecology, hepatology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, otolaryngology, transplant surgery, trauma surgery, and vascular surgery. The journal is particularly interested in submissions related to novel techniques and instruments, as well as new or alternative understanding of existing surgical techniques.
