Photographs of flame quenching inside the immediate effective concentration zone. Because of the effects of high concentration, the flame is suppressed directly. The photographs are from high speed camera, the time interval is known, and the height of flame can be determined, so the local diffusion coefficient can be calculated based on Figure 4.
