Relation of Redox and Structural Alterations of Rat Skin in the Function of Chronological Aging

<div>Expression of methionine sulfoxide reductase A (MsrA) in the skin of 3-day-, 15-day-, 1-month-, 3-month-, 6-month-, and 21-month-old rats. Tissues were subjected to immunohistochemistry using an MsrA-specific antibody. The brown staining testifies to the specific reaction. The quantitative evaluation of MsrA antibody staining intensity in skin sections (b) was analyzed as described in Figure <a href="../fig3/">3</a>.
