<i>Acrocomia aculeata</i> (Jacq.) Lodd. ex Mart. Leaves Increase SIRT1 Levels and Improve Stress Resistance

<div>Mechanisms involved in EA-Aa-mediated protection of Cos-7 cells. Western blot analysis shows that EA-Aa increased the levels of Sirt-1 (a), ERK-Thr202/Tyr204 (c), Nrf2-Ser40 (e), and catalase (f), mostly at 750 <i>μ</i>g·mL<sup>-1</sup>.
