Berberine Suppresses EMT in Liver and Gastric Carcinoma Cells through Combination with TGF<i>β</i>R Regulating TGF-<i>β</i>/Smad Pathway

<div>BBR has a low cytotoxicity effect on HepG2, SGC7901, and MGC803 cells. HepG2, MGC803, and SGC7901 cells were treated with different concentrations of BBR (10, 20, 40, 80, 160, and 320 <i>μ</i>M). The cell viability was measured by MTT assay and showed at 24 h and 48 h (Figure <a href="../fig1/">1</a>), respectively.
