Supplemental Figure 1. Phenotypic characterization of myxoma cells of case 2 and case 3. Consistent results revealed by H&E staining and immunostaining. H&E staining of a myxoma tissue section revealed myxoma cells embedded within abundant myxoid matrix. Scale bar = 100 µm. Immunohistochemical characterization of myxomas revealed that myxoma cells were CD44, CD19 and CD45 positive. Scale bar = 20 µm.
