<div>Nested RT-PCR assay used to detect FeLV U3LTR-gag sequence from naturally infected cats in Malaysia. The outer PCR reaction was performed using primer pair U3-F(1) and G-R(1) and amplified 770 bp (lane 1) whilst inner PCR reaction was performed using primer pair U3-F(2) and G-R(2) and amplified 601 bp (lane 2). Lane NC: negative control, lane M: 100 bp DNA marker (iDNA, Malaysia).</div>
