Poole–Frenkel Emission Saturation and Its Effects on Time-to-Failure in Ta-Ta₂O₅-MnO₂ Capacitors

PF emission saturation observed in 10 V 220 μF chip tantalum capacitors. The I-V curve at −65°C converges with the curve at +25°C around 17 V. There is no converged point with the curve of 85°C.
