Approximation of the Al³⁺ content in the cubic Zn_7−2/3xSb_2−1/3xAl_xO₁₂ secondary phase in the ZnO strut material by applying Vegard’s law on published crystallographic data of the pure spinels α-Zn₇Sb₂O₁₂ and ZnAl₂O₄ (=Zn₃Al₆O₁₂) as well as an Al-doped spinel with the composition Zn₃Sb_1.5Al_1.5O₁₂.
