Assessing the Effectiveness of Innovative Pedagogy and Lecture Method on Students Academic Achievement and Retention in Computer Programming

<div>Sample size determination. The study participants consisted of 145 CP year two students in public universities in Enugu state, Nigeria, which met the inclusion criteria for the research. STATA software was used to find the sample size [<a href="/journals/edri/2021/5611033/#B90">90</a>] depending on the magnitude of the effect of power (1 – <i>B</i> = 0.8), alpha (<i>a</i> = 0.05), and effect size of <i>F</i> = 0.26.</div>
