Neighbor-joining tree constructed in comparison with the 16s rDNA gene sequences of the isolated levansucrase-producing bacteria with sequences available in GenBank. Bacterial strain B-6 has high similarity with B. siamensis NR 11274.1. P. aeruginosa NR 114471.1, a gram-negative bacterium, was used as an outgroup.
