Differential scenting efficiencies of jasmine floral volatiles to the scented green tea. Scenting efficiency was calculated as the percentage of the volatile abundance detected in the scented tea subtracted from that of the same compound in nonscented tea over the abundance of the counterpart present in jasmine flower. Compounds labeled with ā€œā€ were identified and quantified with authentic standards.
