Limit of TaqMan PCR assay for raccoon dog detection. Nine 10-fold dilutions of purified DNA that concentration ranged from 1 fg to 100 ng per microliter were tested. The reactions were performed in triplicate. The limit of detection of the PCR assay was 0.01 pg·μL⁻¹.
