Direct testing of meat samples using LAMP assay. Tubes 1–6: meat mixtures of bovine meat were prepared with 50%, 10%, 5%, 1%, 0.5%, and 0.1% of raccoon dog meat, respectively. Amounts of raccoon dog component higher than 0.5% of the mixture were directly detected.
