Determination of total vibrio in oyster samples. (a) and (b) Oysters and their homogenate, (c) taking 0.1 ml of oyster homogenate and spread plate on TSA-N plates and incubate at 37C overnight, (d) colonies observed on TSA-N plates, (e) preparing of CA membranes in L-Lys-AFC working solution, (f) placing the CA membranes on TSA-N plates and incubate for 10 min at 37°C and observe total vibrio under UV lamp.
