When there were significant differences between the abundances of the analyte compared with the control, meaning a value less than 0.05, the analyte was denoted with a blue dot; gray dots denote analytes not significantly different in abundance from the control. Thus, as storage time increased from two to eight months, the number of blue analytes increased.
