Mf = milk fat; FO = fish oil; EPA = eicosapentaenoic acid; DHA = docosahexaenoic acid; PUFAs = polyunsaturated fatty acids; PV = peroxide value. The MFOB samples possessed the EPA 2.24 ± 0.16 (g/100 g extracted fat) and DHA 3.33 ± 0.18 (g/100 g extracted fat), while PV was 1.44 ± 0.11 meqO2/kg.
