Sappasith Klomklao

Sappasith Klomklao is an Associate Professor. He got his Ph.D. degree in 2007 in food technology from the Prince of Songkla University, Thailand. His areas of expertise are the following: food chemistry and biochemistry, emphasis on proteins and enzymes, protein purification, functional properties of food ingredients, antioxidant activities, and utilization of fishery wastes.
