Zijiang Yang received the M.A.S. and Ph.D. degrees in industrial engineering from the University of Toronto, Toronto, ON, Canada, in 1999 and 2002, respectively. Currently, she is an Associate Professor at the School of Information Technology, York University, Toronto, ON, Canada. Her current research interests include prediction, classification, performance analysis in the financial service industry, and data mining algorithms.
