Tristan M. Sissung received an M.S. degree in organic chemistry from the University of California at Riverside, Riverside, Calif, USA, and a Ph.D. degree in genetics from The George Washington University, Washington, DC, USA. He is currently a Staff Scientist at the National Cancer Institute specializing in molecular pharmacology and pharmacogenetics. Dr. Sissung has over forty peer-reviewed publications and holds four US patents related to pharmacogenetics testing.
