Andrew J. Goudy

Andrew J. Goudy received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in chemistry from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Pa, USA, and a Ph.D. degree in physical chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh, Pa, USA. He is currently a Full Professor of chemistry and the Director of the Hydrogen Storage Research Center at Delaware State University. His research interest is in the areas of hydrogen storage and fuel cell development technology. The specific materials of his research interest include traditional metal hydrides such as magnesium hydride; complex hydrides such as sodium alanate, lithium borohydride, magnesium borohydride, and lithium amide; and metal organic frameworks. His research has been funded by grants from the National Science Foundation, the Petroleum Research Fund, the BP Foundation, the U.S. Department of Energy, and the U.S. Department of Transportation.
