Julia Searle

Julia Searle received her Medical degree from the Freie Universität Berlin, Germany, and has worked as a Resident at Nephrology and Intensive Care Medicine at Charité Berlin, in cardiology at a community hospital and as a General Practitioner in an internal private practice in Berlin. Dr. Searle has completed a Master degree in public health at the Berlin School of Public Health. Dr. Julia Searle is Senior Research Associate at Charité University of Berlin and responsible for research and medical teaching in the Department of Emergency Medicine. Her expertise lies in research on optimization of emergency processes, including biomarker and health care research in emergency medicine, where she has published a number of articles and reviews for peer‐reviewed journals in these areas. Dr. Searle is coauthor of the German version of Harrison’s Internal Medicine and of the German health care report.
