Gaurav Malviya received his postgraduate degree in biochemistry at Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, India. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from University of Groningen, Groningen, Netherlands. He worked as a Postdoc Fellow in the Department of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, University Medical Centre Groningen, Netherlands. After that, he moved to the Cancer Research UK Beatson Institute, Glasgow, UK, and started working as a Preclinical Imaging Scientist. At present, he is leading micro PET/SPECT/CT imaging at CRUK Beatson Institute. He is author of more than 30 peer-reviewed research articles with more than 200 impact factor. His main field of research concerns PET and SPECT imaging with radiolabelled monoclonal antibodies and cytokines for molecular imaging of cancer microenvironment.
