Robert P. Gunsalus0000-0002-1937-8412
Robert P. Gunsalus is a Professor of microbiology and molecular genetics at UCLA. He received his Ph.D. degree in microbial biochemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign in 1977. Following postdoctoral studies at Stanford University, he has been a faculty member at the School of Life Science and Medicine, UCLA. His research interests are in the areas of microbial physiology and gene regulation with emphasis on the control of central pathways for cell respiration and carbon flow in pure and in coculture.
