Giancarlo Bartolucci

Giancarlo Bartolucci graduated from the Universitá di Roma “La Sapienza”, Italy in 1982 with a thesis on integrated optics. In 1982, he was working at the Fondazione Ugo Bordoni, Roma, Italy. In 1983, he served as an Officer in the Technical Corps of the Army. From 1984 to 1992, he was a Researcher at the Department of Electronic Engineering of the University of Roma “Tor Vergata”. Since 1992, he is an Associate Professor of microwave integrated circuits in the same department. He was working on the development of equivalent circuits for microstrip and coplanar discontinuities. His current research interests are in the field of the modelling and design of RF MEMS components, and in the study of new configuration of microwave phase shifters.
