Ulla Lindqvist, M.D., B.S., and Ph.D. degrees holder, serves as a licensed physician specializing in internal medicine, clinical chemistry, and rheumatology. Currently, she works as an Associated Professor at Uppsala University, Uppsala, Sweden, since 2000 and as a Chairperson at the Department of Medical Sciences. She has project management experience from large-scale epidemiological research program in psoriatic arthritis. She initiated and maintained international academic research collaborations. She serves as an investigator in clinical trials. She is a former Head of the Department of Rheumatology. She served as a Project Leader for the Swedish Psoriatic Arthritis Register (Swe-PsA) and study group and as a Clinical Research Leader in the field of psoriatic arthritis and in clinical studies of hyaluronan. She works as the Head of the Psoriatic Arthritis Outpatient Clinic at the Unit of Rheumatology. She is a Member of the Swedish Expert Committee for Psoriasis, the Board of the Swedish Psoriasis Confederation, the Group for Research and Assessment of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis (GRAPPA), and the Research Board for the Swedish Rheumatism Association. She has medical, pharmacological, and epidemiological expertise in experimental design and interpretation of medical studies of psoriatic arthritis. She is a Member of the Election Committee and Board of the Medical Faculty Board at Uppsala University and the Advisory Committee for Psoriatic Arthritis.
