Ying-Chin Ho serves as a Professor at the Institute of Industrial Management at National Central University (NCU) in Taiwan. He received his B.S. degree in industrial management from National Cheng-Kung University (Tainan, Taiwan) in 1987, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in industrial engineering from Purdue University in 1991 and 1995, respectively. He joined the faculty of NCU in 1995. His research and teaching interests include facilities layout design, material handling systems, group technology, as well as the design, analysis, operation, and control of production and logistics systems.
