Nguyen Nang Dinh

Nguyen Nang Dinh was born on August 15, 1950, in Bac Ninh province, Vietnam. From 1969 to 1974, he studied in Former USSR, Bacu city, graduated in solid state physics. From 1978 to 1981, he studied as a Ph.D. student in Institute of Crystallography, Academy of Science, Former USSR, Moscow. In December 1981, he received his Ph.D. degree in physics of crystallography. From 1982 to 2002, he was a Researcher in Institute of Physics, then Institute of Materials Science (VAST), Vietnam. In 1996, he was an Associate Professor in physics. Since 2003, he is a Professor of physics, teaching thin films physics and nanotechnology, and the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Physics and Nanotechnology, College of Technology, VNUH.
