Neerish Revaprasadu

Neerish Revaprasadu obtained the B.S. Chemistry Honors degree, in 1993, from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (formerly known as University of Natal), South Africa. Revaprasadu studied for the Ph.D. degree in the area of materials chemistry at Imperial College London, UK, under the supervision of Professor Paul O'Brien. Revaprasadu obtained the Ph.D. degree in 2000 then returned to serve at a lectureship position at the University of Zululand, South Africa. Revaprasadu was promoted to be Associate Professor of chemistry, in 2005, and full Professor in 2010. Revaprasadu was awarded the prestigious South African Research Chair Initiative (SARCHi) Chair of Nanotechnology in 2007. Revaprasadu has published 75 articles in peer-reviewed journals.
