Xihua Yang

New South Wales Office of Environment and Heritage, Australia

Xihua Yang obtained his Ph.D. degree in geography from University of New South Wales, Sydney, NSW, Australia, in 1998. He is currently a principal scientist at New South Wales Office of Environment and Heritage and his research has been focused on soil erosion modelling and climate change. His recent research projects include climate impact assessment on rainfall erosivity and soil erosion risk, soil loss, and sediment modeling after bushfires. He published more than 30 journal papers these areas.
