Edward L. Hogan
Edward L. Hogan received the B.S. degree from Tufts University and the M.D. degree from the School of Medicine, Tufts University, Medford, MA, USA. He was an Intern at Barnes Hospital, St. Louis, Mo, USA. He had a residency in medicine at Peter Bent Brigham Hospital and a residency in neurology at the Harvard Neurological Unit, Boston City Hospital. Hogan works as a Professor of neurology at Medical College of Georgia, Georgia Health Sciences University, Augusta, Ga, USA. He has worked as Emeritus Professor/Chair of Neurology at Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), an Emeritus Professor of biochemistry/molecular biology at the same university, and a Professor of microbiology at National University of Ireland, Galway. His research interests include myelin, neurochemistry, neurological disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord diseases, trauma, and stroke.
