Currently, I am Permanent Staff member at Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (Spanish National Research Council) as Scientific Researcher, in the Institute of Food Science, Technology and Nutrition (ICTAN-CSIC, Jose Antonio Novais 10, 28040, Madrid, SPAIN). CSIC is a the largest Public Research institution at Spain. I am Graduate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology by the Autonomous University of Madrid, and Food Chemistry (PhD). Subjects of Experience (keywords) are: Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Instrumental analysis, Impact of food on health, Traceability processes all along the production chain, Functional foods (antioxidant, antimicrobial), Maillard reaction, glycation and ageing. Extensive experience in Management of RTD activities, like, Researcher in National Research Projects, Researcher in European Research Projects, Researcher involved in Scientific Exchange European Programme, National delegate from differnet programmes, Peer review member of National Research Projects, Peer review member of European and EEUU Research Projects Committees, Peer review member of many scientific journals in Food Science and Food Chemistry, Teaching at higher degree programme, Member of scientific committees for internal evaluation of scientific merits and scientific promotion. Published more than hundred scientific papers and book chapters., including patents.
