Jihui Yang was born in 1973 in a rural county in Faku Country, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, China. He received his B.S. degree in 1997 and M.S. degree in 2004 from Liaoning Normal University, Liaoning, China, and his Ph.D. degree in 2007 from Shantou University, Shantou, Guangdong, China. He currently serves as a Lecturer at College of Science, Shenyang Agricultural University. Yang's main research interests are in fuzzy optimization and decision making. Yang received the B.S. degree from Department of Mathematics, Liaoning Normal University, Dalian, Liaoning, China (1997), M.S. degree from School of Mathematics, Liaoning Normal University, Dalian, Liaoning, China (2004), Ph.D. degree from Department of Mathematics, Shantou University, Shantou, Guangdong, China (2007), and Postdoctoral Fellow at Medical College of Shantou University, Shantou, Guangdong, China (2009).
