Nima Seifi

Ericsson Research, Sweden

Nima Seifi received the B.S. degree from Isfahan University of Technology, Isfahan, Iran, in 2005, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden, in 2007 and 2012, respectively, all in electrical engineering. From 2012 to 2013, he was a Researcher at Chalmers Antenna Systems Excellence Center (CHASE), Gothenburg, Sweden, working on the design of advanced beamforming techniques for future mobile radio access and backhaul networks. Since October 2013, he has been a Researcher at Radio Access Technologies, Ericsson Research, Stockholm, Sweden. From November 2009 to July 2010, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Wireless Networking and Communication Group, The University of Texas at Austin, TX, USA. In June 2012, he was a Visiting Scholar at the Alcatel-Lucent Chair on Flexible Radio, Supelec, France. His main research interests are in broad areas of signal processing and wireless communication, with a specific focus on multiuser MIMO, interference management, active antenna systems, and millimeter wave communication.
