Dmitry Karpov

Dmitry Karpov is currently Research Scientist at the Laboratory of Chromatin Structure and Function, Engelhardt Institute of Molecular Biology, Moscow. He is also the Chairman of Young Scientists Council at EIMB. Dr. Karpov graduated with honors from Moscow State University in 2004. He has obtained his Ph.D. degree in 2009. He has publications in the area of transcriptional control of ubiquitin-proteasome system. His main research interests are structure and functional analysis of Rpn4-like family of transcriptional regulators in yeasts and Rpn4-dependent proteasome biogenesis.
