Oren Tomkins-Netzer

Oren Tomkins-Netzer graduated from the Ben-Gurion University, Beersheba, Israel, with M.D. and Ph.D. degrees. He is a retina and uveitis Specialist and works at UCL-Moorfields Eye Hospital, London, UK, and Bnai Zion Medical Center, Haifa, Israel. He also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Technion, Haifa, Israel, and his research interests include clinical outcomes of uveitis, response to local treatment, and predictors of disease remission. He has extensively published works in peer-reviewed journals and has contributed chapters to books of different interests. He is active in teaching medical students and ophthalmology fellows and has an interest in the development of remote access ophthalmic teaching programs.
