Yves Millemann

Yves Millemann, D.V.M. degree, Ph.D. degree, and ECBHM diplomates (European College of Bovine Health Management), is a Large Animal Medicine Professor at Alfort National Veterinary School (ENVA, near Paris) and Head of the Production Animal and Public Health Department. Millemann's scientific interests include epidemiology of infections due to Salmonella, antibiotic resistance of Gram-negatives, and physiopathology of orbivirus infections in ruminants. In 1990, Millemann graduated from the National Veterinary School of Nantes (ENVN). Millemann received the D.V.M. degree from Nantes University, Nantes, France (1991), and the Ph.D. degree in microbiology and microbial ecology (Claude Bernard Lyon I University, France) in the Microbial Ecopathology team from the PAP station of INRA Tours-Nouzilly. Millemann was a teacher and Researcher Assistant in large animal medicine in (ENVA) from 1992 to 1997 and teacher and Researcher in large animal medicine in Alfort (UPE-ENVA) from 1997 to 2013.
