Roberto Carnevale

Roberto Carnevale is Assistant Professor at the Department of Medical and Surgical Biotechnologies, Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. He took his degree in biology and PhD at Sapienza University of Rome. Carnevale's research interests are focused on the study of the signal transduction mechanisms underlying the development of cardiovascular diseases. In particular, he studies the role of oxidative stress and platelet function during atherosclerosis process. He also studies the role of nutraceutical in the regulation of oxidative stress in cardiovascular disease.
