1993: M.D., University of Genoa, Italy. 1997: Specialist in Respiratory Diseases and Phthisiology at the Speciality School of Respiratory Diseases and Phthisiology of Genoa University. 2001: Specialist in Allergology and Clinical Immunology at Genoa University according to EEC provisions at the Speciality School of Allergology and Clinical Immunology of Genoa University in Fulvio Braido is full Professor of Respiratory Diseases at the University of Genoa. He works as medical executive of the Respiratory Diseases Department of Genoa University. From 2000 to 2008 he was member of the EAACI CME Committee, and since the 1st of January 2008 he has been the EAACI CME Chairman. He is active in projects concerning Allergic Respiratory disorders and Breathing sleep disorders and also Patients Related Outcomes (like for example Health Related Quality of Life and Adherence to Treatment) His scientific publications include several peer-reviewed articles in scientific journals in Medline and book chapters. In the field of education he participated as speaker in many national and international courses and conferences. He is member of EAACI, ERS, Interasma, Italian Society of Respiratory Medicine and of many editorial boards in the field of allergy and respiratory diseases.
