Jian Luo

Jian Luo received the B.S. degree in communication engineering from South China University of Technology Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, in 2004 and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Berlin, Germany, in 2006 and 2012, respectively. From 2007 to 2012, he was a Researcher at the Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute (FhG-HHI) in Berlin and, since 2010, Project Technical Leader. Since October 2012, he joined Huawei Technologies Duesseldorf GmbH, European Research Center, working on future wireless communication systems beyond 2020. His main research interests include RF impairment compensation, 60 GHz communication system design and implementation, design concepts for wideband, flexible and reconfigurable radio transceivers, and flexible spectrum usage concepts.
