Yong Liao

Yong Liao received the B.S. degree in electronic information engineering from Southwest Normal University, Chongqing, China, in 2004, the M.S. degree in circuits and system from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 2007, and Ph.D. degree in communication and information system from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 2013. Since 2008, he has been with the Center of Communication and Tracking Telemetering Command, Chongqing University. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Key Laboratory of Aerocraft Tracking Telemetering & Command and Communication, Ministry of Education, at Chongqing University. He has published over 20 SCI/EI international journals and conference papers. His interests include wireless communication system design and analysis of wireless medium access control, cognitive radio networks, and satellite communications. He is a Member of IEEE Computer Society, Chinese Institute of Electronics, China Computer Federation, and Chinese Association of Automation. He is currently the reviewer of several international journals, such as “China Communications” and “ KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems.”
