Christophe Blecker is a Professor of Food Science and Technology at the University of Liege-Belgium, and Head of the Laboratory of Food Science and Formulation. He earned his Engineer Diploma in agronomic science and biologic engineering and his Ph.D. degree in biologic engineering and food engineering from Gembloux Agro-Biotech, Gembloux, Belgium. In addition, to his duties as a professor/researcher, he has several national and international collaborations and he provides technical/scientific assistance actions and trainings for food industries. Dr. Blecker is one of the leading experts in food science and technology.
